2776 Platform Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 2776 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2776 platform.

To register and use this platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
2. You are an individual legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
3. You are not subject to any endowment, denial, or legal prohibition that prevents you from participating in betting activities.
4. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
5. The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

2776 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and suspend an account if the above conditions are found not to be met.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the 2776 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). This platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and direct bank transfers from financial institutions registered in Malaysia.

The terms relating to payments are as follows:

1. The minimum deposit is subject to set limits and will be displayed during the payment process.
2. Funds deposited into an account belong to the user and cannot be transferred to another user.
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. 2776 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take up to three business days in certain cases.
5. 2776 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for compliance review and identity verification purposes to ensure transaction security.
6. Any suspected fraudulent payment activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users are responsible for understanding any fees or charges imposed by their payment service providers. 2776 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third parties in the payment chain.

5. Account Termination & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

2776 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

1. The user is found to have violated any of the terms in this document.
2. There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
3. The user provided false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
4. Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified under the platform's current policy.
5. At the user's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 2776 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending an internal investigation and case review. If the account is closed at the user's request and no violation has occurred, any eligible balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

2776 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2776 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
